Tapnell Farm Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

By entering the Tapnell Farm Survey Prize Draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

   • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

   • Only one entry per person is permitted.

   • Employees of Tapnell Farm and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

   • To enter, simply complete the Tapnell Farm visitor survey in full.

   • The survey must be submitted during the promotional period (see point 3).

3. Entry Period

   • The prize draw is open from 1st July to 14th September 2025.

   • Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

4. Prize

   • One winner will receive a family day pass to Tapnell Farm Park for up to 6 people.

   • The prize must be used within 12 months of issue and is subject to availability.

   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

   • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.

   • The winner will be contacted by email. If no response is received within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Data Privacy

   • Personal data collected as part of the survey will only be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw, unless you opt in to receive marketing from Tapnell Farm.

   • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. General

   • Tapnell Farm reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time.

   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third party.
