Summer Multi-Pass

Owing to limited capacity, restricted visitor numbers in the farm park, and the uncertainty of a future lock down we are unable to sell Summer Season Passes this year. However, following feedback from our valued customers we are introducing a Summer Multi-Pass offer for July and August.

If you would like to visit Tapnell Farm during the Summer Holidays more than once why not purchase one of our multi buy passes.

Buy 6 visits for just £25 – That’s only £4.16 a visit!

Anyone can have a Summer Multi-Pass, whether you are an adult, child or concession – the price is the same. The pass is transferable so Nanny Joyce or Uncle Bob can bring the kids one day.

There are limited numbers of Summer Multi-Passes being released, so buy now to avoid disappointment.

HOW TO PURCHASE AND USE A SUMMER MULTI-PASS

  • Click here to buy your tickets. AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY! Summer Multi-Passes cannot be purchased at the gate.
  • Select ‘Summer Multi-Pass’ and buy as many as you need for each family member. Under 2's have free entry to the park, so will not need a Summer Multi-Pass. If you are disabled, you will only need one pass for you and your allocated carer.
  • 1 Pass can only let 1 person in. (for eg: If you are a family of 4 you will need 4 passes)
  • The Pass is transferable, so another family member or friend can use this pass.
  • If you want to book onto your first session at the same time as buying your Summer Multi-Pass you will need to book online. To do this you will need to select a ‘Multi Pass Entry’ ticket (1 per person visiting) under 'Summer 2020 Admission' and then select the date and session you wish to attend, to add this to your basket. If you have any Under 2's with you, you will need to add this ticket to the basket too.
  • Head to the checkout to complete the booking.
  • Bring confirmation of your session booking and purchase of the Summer Multi-Pass with you when you visit.
  • You will then be given a pre-loaded Summer Multi-Pass when you arrive with 5 visits left on it. You will need to bring it with you for every multi-pass visit you book.
  • No Pass = You must pay full entry for that visit.
  • Lost passes cannot be replaced or refunded - Please keep me safe!
  • On every visit your card will be swiped until you have no Summer Multi-pass visits left and you will be asked to return your card.
  • Make sure you book your multi-pass visits to the farm park online in advance, every time you wish to use your pass – Simply select ‘Summer Multi-Pass Entry’ each time under 'Summer 2020 Admission'
  • If you wish to buy another ‘Summer Multi- Pass’ simply follow the same steps above.

The Summer Multi-Pass can be purchased up until 31st August 2020 (inclusive).

Visits must be used by 31st October 2020 (inclusive)

Limited passes available - first come, first serve.

Due to limited numbers at the moment there will be a restriction on the number of Multi-Pass visits allocated per session, per day. As capacity of the Farm Park increases with good weather, so will the allocation of Summer Multi-Passes.

New Session Times

We are now operating TWO x 3 hour timed sessions each day. The morning session is 10am – 1pm and the afternoon session is 2pm – 5pm. The Farm park will be closed between 1pm – 2pm for cleaning

Please select the session you wish to attend, and purchase the admission online, before your arrival to the admission gate. Online tickets are purchased for a specific date and session, and are not valid on any other days or sessions.

Once your admission has been booked, all you need to do is read our FAQ's to make sure you are up to date with the way we operate and remember to bring a confirmation of your booking (This can be shown on your phone if you don't want to print it and should have bar code to scan)

During the summer holidays, the Farm Park will be open for an evening session on Thursdays only, starting 30 July - 27 August. The opening times for these Thursdays will be amended to: morning 9.30am - 12.30pm, afternoon 1.30pm - 4.30pm and evening 5.30pm - 8.30pm.

Please note:

  1. ALL children must be accompanied by an adult, and must be supervised at ALL times.

  3. Tickets can only be purchased online. No tickets will be sold at the gate.

Disabled Entry (inc free carer)

If you want to purchase disabled entry to the farm park (which includes a free carer) we ask that customers can provide the following documentation on arrival. It is vital that you show the relevant paperwork at the admission desk upon entry..

  • A Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (which is dated within the last twelve months)
  • A Personal Independence Payment letter (which is dated within the last twelve months)
  • A current and valid Blue Badge (A picture of the badge in situ is fine if it is being used on the vehicle)
  • Letter from your GP or consultant (dated within the last twelve months) confirming the need for a full-time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue carers tickets/passes without seeing the above documentation. Each disabled customer must provide the documentation above to receive a free carer entry/pass.

Minimum carer age is 16 years.

Should you as a customer have any temporary accessibility requirements, or would like to discuss our park accessibility please contact us [email protected] in advance of your visit so we may assist you.

Keeping you safe

The safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority and whilst we aim for your visit with us to be as 'normal' as possible, additional hygiene and safety measures have been put in place, in line with Government guidelines, for everyone's peace of mind.

These include:

* Social distancing - we have significantly reduced the number of visitors in the Farm Park

* Online bookings only - ALL admission tickets must be purchased online.

* Contactless - we are not accepting any cash, so please have your card ready

* Non contact temperature checks on arrival - our staff will have daily temperature checks and visitors (age 5+) will also be required to have a non-contact temperature reading on arrival. If any visitor shows 2 temperature readings of 37.8C or more, then that visitor and the group they traveled with, will be refused entry, and an online refund given. Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell.

* More frequent and enhanced hygiene and cleaning

* Additional hand washing and hand sanitising stations

For full details of ALL measures please see our Frequently Asked Questions..
