One of the perks of farm life is that the best beaches on the Isle of Wight are never far away. In fact, on the Island, you're never more than about four miles from the coast. That means you can head out and be sunbathing, walking the coast or taking a dip in the sea within minutes.
Here, we've listed a few of our favourite swimming beaches. But if you're not in the mood to get wet, you'll have just as much fun combing rockpools, strolling the sands or soaking up some sunshine.
Dog owners take note: the Island's main resort beaches place restrictions on dogs between 1 May and 30 September. However, outside of this season, dogs are welcomed as with any of the other beaches.
