Room to breathe. Room to be.

Tapnell Manor has been extensively refurbished to deliver the very best of Island living while retaining the rustic appeal of an old farmhouse. That's why you'll see tasteful modern décor alongside mighty wooden beams and open fires – all ready to roar. It's spacious enough for large groups, yet cosy and welcoming. And it's full of little luxuries: a large kitchen with an AGA range, a games room, a conservatory with breathtaking views. Not to mention those gardens – the Great Outdoors in miniature, with ponds, ornaments and plenty of space to roam.

Think large family holidays, group retreats with couples and kids, or happy reunions with old friends. Tapnell Manor makes a splendid home base from which you can explore the Island's bountiful beaches, towns and trails. Or, if you prefer, a sumptuous home from home. A chance to cook fresh pizzas together, host friendly competitions in the games room, and relish the pleasure of slow days and good company.

Acres of fun, at your convenience.

Luxury farm accommodation is only one of our specialities. We're just as passionate about good, honest, people-powered fun – the kind that makes you forget about screens and gizmos and relish each and every moment.

You'll be pleased to know, then, that Tapnell Manor is mere moments from our main attractions. Here, you can meet the animals at Tapnell Farm Park, splash and bounce at our outdoor Aqua Park and try all sorts of all-ages activities. And if you don't fancy cooking, you've got The Cow – our award-winning restaurant – on your doorstep. It's everything you need to get a real taste of authentic, farm-reared Island life.

Go your own way.

Step beyond the farm and you'll discover new experiences around every corner. There's Headon Warren, with its sweeping views out to sea and down to The Needles. There's Colwell Bay, with its rockpools, fossils and beach huts. There's Yarmouth, with its cobbled streets and independent eateries. Where will your adventure take you?

  Luxury Family Glamping

We stayed 4 nights in the dome meadow in the most beautiful dome tent. On arrival the accommodation was spotless and so well presented with everything we needed for our stay. The dome was heated with a Dyson heater so we had a lovely warm welcome. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk and cold water, the fires were ready to be lit and all our beds were being warmed by electric blankets ready for the evening. The farm park was a 5 minute walk across the field, past the lambs and llama!! I have already recommended our stay to friends and we hope to be returning soon!!

Great venue for a weekend break

Booked a long weekend break for the whole family + dog as a surprise 70th birthday treat for my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed it, the cabin style accommodation was really nice and for a group of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog it did not seem cramped at all. The on site attractions were just right for the kiddies and we didn't have to go off site for anything, plenty to see and do. Heartily recommend it for people of all ages.
