East Afton Farm

East Afton Farm is an impressive 18th century farm house with event barns and adjoining annex holiday cottage surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the site of the 1970’s Isle of Wight Festival.

Farmhouse & annex

East Afton sleeps up to 13 people throughout its spacious 1700s farmhouse, and can also accommodate a further 6 people in the adjoining Annex. The two properties are only available when booked together, not separately.

The Farmhouse boasts 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a large family kitchen, beautiful gardens, roof terrace and even a cinema room.

The Piglets

The Piglets are a fun, new addition to our accommodation offering, located in the Paddock at East Afton Farmhouse, our neighbouring farm, just a few minutes down the road. They are surrounded by rural countryside providing a relaxing escape from the every day.

Ideal for guests attending weddings at East Afton Farmhouse and also for mini breaks.

The four upcycled animal arcs have been transformed into luxury glamping options. Each cosy, solar-powered Piglet has a comfortable double bed, two night-tables with lamps, a dressing mirror, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. They are heated and insulated, so they can be booked year-round - and there's wi-fi access, too.

The Snug

East Afton Paddock with The Snug and four Piglets is a new addition to our accommodation offering, located at East Afton Farmhouse, our neighbouring farm, just a few minutes down the road.

Ideal for guests attending weddings at East Afton Farmhouse, a short stroll away, and also for mini breaks. The Paddock is surrounded by rural countryside providing a relaxing escape from the every day.

Our beautiful Snug is a luxury glamping hide-away, with comfortable double bed (storage space under), two hanging bedside lights, a dressing mirror and fitted kitchen with mini fridge, kettle and toaster. It also has it's own en-suite shower room with basin and toilet, and there's wi-fi access too.
