PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR BOOKED SESSION TO CHECK IN

All tickets must be booked online in advance to guarantee a session.
Each session is £22 per person when booked online in advance, saving £1 per person off the gate price
Special May & June offer - 25% discount (excludes May half term).

Sessions last 55 minutes and include a safety briefing
Have your booking confirmation and booking name to hand on arrival
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your session, with swimwear under your clothes – ready to put a wetsuit over the top.
All participants must be able to swim 25 metres unaided whilst wearing a buoyancy aid.
Participants must be between 110cm-210cm in height.
All participants must be aged 7+ and over 110cm in height
- Those aged 7-11 must be accompanied by an adult on the aqua park at all times
- Those aged 12-15 must be signed in by a spectating or participating adult
No alcohol is permitted in the Aqua Park
Supervised, well behaved dogs that are on leads at all times, are allowed in the spectator deck only

Before you book

Please have all participant details to hand before booking, this includes emails for all those who will be signing their own Health & Safety Agreement (use parents emails for each child)

Remember: for all children aged 7-11 we do require an adult to book on with them and participate alongside them (don’t worry - its fantastic fun for adults too!)

Please be aware that sometimes your confirmation email, and waiver email can end up in your Junk/Spam box rather than your inbox! Do make sure all Health & Safety Agreements are signed before arrival, as this will make your experience much smoother!
