Saying 'I do' at East Afton Farmhouse means enjoying the freedom to choose accommodation options that are just as special as our wedding spaces.
There's the farmhouse itself – a grand country manor with deep roots in the Island's history. Carefully refurbished with exquisite modern décor, the house can accommodate up to 20 guests within eight spacious ensuite bedrooms. It also boasts a cinema room, a formal dining room, a spacious kitchen (ideal for entertaining) and a cosy lounge with a log burner. All are yours to enjoy as valued clients and guests.
Need even more space for your favourite people? We have five double rooms available all year round within East Afton Farm's cosy glamping units, The Piglets and The Snug. And at our neighbouring Tapnell Farm, just two minutes away by car, you'll find more beautiful cottages, lodges and all-season glamping options.

The latest addition to our wedding spaces, this beautiful barn serves as a flexible and spacious venue for dreamy all-season weddings.
Inside, it's all rustic charm and contemporary glamour. Exposed bricks and timber cladding share the space with a magnificent vaulted ceiling and elegant mezzanine. Large windows, meanwhile, draw in plenty of natural light – a photographer's dream.
Swing open the double doors and you'll find yourself in a pretty outdoor courtyard. Here, picnic tables provide more opportunities to relax and mingle, while the glorious West Wight countryside unfolds towards the horizon.
The Events Barn comes complete with a well-stocked, eight-metre-long bar, as well as a commercial kitchen and underfloor heating system. It's available for use on its own or as part of our mid-week and exclusive wedding packages.

Formerly a working stable, the Stone Barn is now one of our most beloved wedding spaces. One glimpse will tell you why. Carefully renovated to the highest modern standards, the barn nonetheless retains much of its rustic charm.
The interior is intimate yet spacious – and wonderfully flexible. Its stone walls, exposed oak beams and carved chandeliers provide a stunning backdrop for your own decorative additions. It can also be left open during summer (perfect for making the most of the fresh country air), or enclosed and heated for a winter wedding.
With room for 120 seated guests, the Stone Barn is a particularly popular option for wedding ceremonies.

Bright, modern and flexible, the Coach House & Courtyard is the perfect setting for welcome drinks and pre-dining entertainment. To-be-weds love it as a venue for intimate ceremonies, too – it's a little smaller than our other wedding spaces, but no less characterful.
The space benefits from large bi-folding doors, which draw in plenty of light and country air. It also boasts its own restrooms, a licensed bar and underfloor heating – great for winter receptions.
No matter the time of year, the gardens at East Afton never disappoint. In spring, white roses bloom and blossom blushes. In summer, the tones turn warmer and vibrant flowers unfurl. Autumn sets the stage with sunset-red fields of grass and crunchy amber leaves, while winter welcomes cool, crisp light and dusky purple skies.
That means you can always expect a gorgeous natural setting for your celebration, and plenty of once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities. Why not steal away to a secret spot or head out to the fields beyond for an epic sunset shoot?
And, like all our spaces, the gardens are yours to use as you like – for party games, reception drinks or something entirely unique.
You'll find bars within the Event Barn and Coach House, both well-stocked with wine, bubbles, beers, spirits and cocktail-making essentials. You can also create pop-up bars around the site with the help of our wedding team. We don't charge for corkage.
At East Afton, even the toilets are dressed to impress. Beautifully designed and kept at a pleasantly cosy temperature, they're the perfect place to freshen up, change your outfit or top up your make-up.
