On the outskirts of the farm, Wendy House is a bright spacious barn conversion, with fantastic views across the Solent and surrounding countryside.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE LETTING THIS PROPERTY ON BEHALF OF THE OWNERS FOR THE SUMMER.

The barn conversion is a bright and spacious house enjoying spectacular views of the countryside from every window, including both sunrise and sunset.

The house benefits from an upside down layout with the living areas on the upper level, making the most of the views from upstairs. The downstairs bedrooms all have ensuite and can be king or twin bed layouts.

There is a 4th sleeping area on the first floor just off the main living area, that has a small double sofa bed, available on request (small surcharge applies) with en-suite shower room.

Only a stones throw away is Tapnell Farm and everything they have to offer. Just a 5 minute drive away or 20 minute walk (including walking along a quiet country road). Guests receive benefits here, and also on the ferries.

Sorry, but dogs are not permitted in the Wendy House.

Our Farm Shop has now been relocated into our Farm Park Shop.

The Farm Park Shop currently has a range of gifts, snacks and some fresh food items available. Opening times for our Farm Park and other attractions, plus restaurant can be found here..

Please ask a member of the team if you would like some fresh eggs from our chickens.

Hampers

Our Farm Park Shop offers a range of luxury hampers for accommodation guests, using the best locally sourced produce - vegan and vegetarian options are available. Please see our choice of hampers here.

What Our Guests Think

Wonderful Break

We have just returned from a wondeful break at the Wendy House with our grown up daughters and 3 year old grandson. Both the property and location are fantastic and with so much space and privacy overlooking spectacular views of the Solent even kite flying at 6 am was a joy! A great base to explore West Wight as well. We can't wait to return. We give this venue a 5 star rating without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wendy House. Before we arrived we received great communication from the host. The house is set in beautiful countryside set back from the road - which itself is very quiet. There are uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside which include the Solent. The house is set over 2 floors with the bedrooms on the ground floor and living space above. All bedrooms are ensuite. The kitchen is well laid out with the option of eating at the breakfast bar or dining table. Tapnell Farm is next door and there are plenty of great walks available. We walked along the coastal path to the Needles. The only improvement we would make is proper black out blinds/curtains in all the bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.
