There are lots of lovely local walks nearby and a map is included in the Welcome Pack. Information on walks can also be obtained from the Farm Shop or Reception. The Tapnell Trail is a 6 mile loop running through the farm and maps are in your accommodation folders.

A list of local taxis and contact numbers are provided in the Welcome Pack in the accomodation. Reception also have information available.

A starter supply of coal, logs, briquettes, matches and fire lighters are provided with your accomodation. Logs are unlimited - please help yourself from our log stores. Extra coal, matches and fire lighters can be purchased at The Farm Shop

You pay a one time entry fee for the Farm Park, then you can visit as often as you wish free of charge thereafter (this includes check in and check out days) Guests get priority as well - if the park is fully booked guests can still be allowed access.

When you book your holiday with us you will be sent an email confirming your booking including discount codes that can be used at the Aqua Park, Archery & Axe throwing (25% off) and Football Golf (10% off)

Yes all of our accommodation have Weber charcoal BBQs supplied for Alfesco eating. Coal, firelighters and matches are also provided. BBQ hampers can be purchased before your stay or from the Farm Shop

Instructions on how to use your tub are included within your accommodation Welcome Pack, and attached to the tub itself. Please note our tubs are log burning and can take some time to prepare

You can book a hot tub but we prefer for you to use a local company with relevant insurances, details can be obtained from the Accommodation Team

Yes, there are vehicle charging points situated by The Cow Restaurant, instructions on how to use are by the charging points. Please note the APP will charge a fee to use

Information on the operation of the pizza oven can be found in the Welcome Pack in the accommodation. Please ask a member of the team in the office if you get stuck

Each accommodation has allocated parking spaces in a designated area, you cannot park directly outside your accommodation if you are glamping - there are wheelbarrows available to transport luggage. The houses do have parking areas right outside

Fireworks are NOT permitted anywhere on site

Yes you can have a food shop delivered. Please make sure to note your property and then Tapnell Farm, Newport Road, Yarmouth, PO41 0YJ. If you are ordering a delivery to the glamping areas you'll need to ask them to deliver to the carpark area and then collect from there

Linen and towels are provided with the accommodation

You'll find an inventory for each property on the website pages for each unit. Please note this can vary between houses and glamping

There is no discount in the restaurant. Guests do benefit from discounts on activities on site & ferry travel

Check in is from 4pm, exceptions can be made if the accommodation is available earlier, we text our customers on the day of arrival letting you know that it is ready

Yes, if you book your accomodation you will receive a discount on your ferry travel both with Red Funnel and Wightlink. This can often be as much as 50% off the usual rate

Yes dogs are allowed in the accommodation

The closest beaches are approximatley a 10 minute drive away, they are Freshwater Bay, then Colewell Bay, Totland Bay and Compton

25% of your accommodation is due as a deposit and then the balance is due a month before arrival

We are approximately a 10 minute drive from Lymington to Yarmouth, 30 mins from Southampton to East Cowes and 40 mins from Portsmouth to Fishbourne
