Stay in a light & airy repurposed container, perfect whatever the weather - without the hassle of putting up a tent!

Please note:

Up to 22nd July, the layout will consist of 4 pairs of bunks (8 singles).
From 22nd July, the layout will consist of 1 double, 2 pairs of bunks and 1 high single
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and must not be left in the accommodation on their own.
Dogs are not permitted in the Farm Park attraction (except guide/assistance dogs, provided they have paperwork and are in their uniform)

Enjoy the most amazing views of rolling countryside and stunning sunsets.

Unplug, unwind, unzip ... with a stay in one of our upcycled, wooden clad, second-hand containers.

Inside, each container comprises a double cabin style bed (After 22 July), bunk bed and top bunk, with mattresses and flat sheets provided. Storage space includes hooks and shelving, and there are two bean bags for chilling.

Outside, enjoy the views and al fresco dining with your own picnic bench. Bring your own camping seats and enjoy watching starry skies and stunning sunsets!

There is no power in the units, but there are outdoor sockets dotted around the site and in the communal kitchen area.

Camp Tapnell has 12 containers: 8 of which are positioned as pairs with a dividing external privacy screen between them. Five containers are dog friendly.

Facilities ...

A short stroll away, you'll find a modern washroom block, complete with flushing toilets and hot showers.

There is also a communal kitchen consisting of shared oven, toasters, microwaves, kettles and fridge space, and washing up area.

There is parking for 1 x vehicle per container.

Onsite attractions and restaurant

Onsite attractions include the Farm Park, Aqua Park, Football Golf, Archery & Axe Throwing. Staying guests will benefit from discounts.

The Cow Restaurant on-site must be booked online in advance and there is also The Clubhouse next to The Cow.

What you need to bring ...

This is camping without a tent, so you need to bring your own camping essentials, including:

bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels
cooking equipment, cutlery, plates, glasses and utensils
camping stove - please note there is a slab outside each unit for this
camping seats
torches and lanterns

BBQs and firepits are NOT allowed onsite.
