Poachers Lodge

4 Bedrooms - Sleeps 8

Poachers Lodge is a very comfortable family retreat. The house has a large, open plan kitchen diner with double doors that lead out into a spacious patio area. There is a cosy snug with log burner and a bright spacious sitting room.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: three doubles, one with en-suite, a twin/king room, and a family bathroom. The house has free wifi.

Outside, the property boasts an extensive garden with generous BBQ patio area and plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for entertaining and watching the sun go down.

Dairyman’s Cottage

4 Bedrooms - Sleeps 8+2

Sitting among several carefully renovated barns, the Dairyman’s Cottage is a beautiful Isle of Wight retreat.

The Dairyman’s Cottage has four bedrooms: three doubles en suite (can be turned into twins) and a twin room. There is also disabled access and a wet room. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room. Outside there is a patio with BBQ, large garden and parking.

Poachers Perch

3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6

Poachers Perch is one of the latest additions to the accommodation options at Tapnell Farm. It is an older style, family cabin, that has been newly renovated inside to create the perfect family bolthole for a relaxing holiday.

Fully insulated and heated, the Perch sleeps up to 6, and is available to rent for short or longer breaks all year round. It has all the amenities required for your stay, including an oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and free wifi throughout the cabin. It also has a sun deck at the front, which enjoys views up to Tennyson Down, and a shared garden area.

Wendy House

3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6+2

The barn conversion is a bright and spacious house enjoying spectacular views of the countryside from every window, including both sunrise and sunset.

The house benefits from an upside down layout with the living areas on the upper level, making the most of the views from upstairs. The downstairs bedrooms all have ensuite and can be king or twin bed layouts.

Tapnell Manor

10 Bedrooms - Sleeps 22+2

Tapnell Manor has recently undergone a major refurbishment bringing the interior into the 21st century while maintaining the rustic appeal of an old farmhouse.

Inside the house there are plenty of rooms for guests to spread out: a games room for the more active, and plenty of open fires for the more relaxed. The farmhouse has 10 bedrooms: 6 doubles, 1 triple, 1 twin, 1 family room with a double and twin and 1 nursery with cot and put up single. There is also 4 sofa beds- one in the lounge, 1 in a double room, 1 on a second floor landing and 1 in a downstairs walkway next to the wet room.
