Finance Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Finance Assistant to join our team. This part-time, permanent role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Clear Dext and input invoices efficiently.
- Customer Invoicing: Raise invoices to customers for various services.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile company credit cards, business bank accounts, and card and cash payments received.
- Financial Software Use: Utilize Xero for financial management and potentially Dext Prepare or similar invoice data extraction software.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular financial updates.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Experience with Xero.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work within set deadlines.
Preferred but not Essential:
- Experience with Dext Prepare or other invoice data extraction software.
- Background knowledge of a till system advantageous (training will be provided).
