Situated at the heart of Tapnell Farm in a converted Swiss barn, The Cow Restaurant and Bar is a great place to get together and celebrate!

Perfect if you are planning a wedding, small gathering or corporate event.

The Clubhouse

Located in the wooden cabin alongside The Cow Restaurant & Bar, The Clubhouse opens out onto a lawn area, and is a great place to hire for smaller gatherings.

Equipped with TV screens, pool table, dart board and table football, there's plenty to entertain.

It also has its own bar area, relaxed seating for about 20 and can accommodate 30 people standing.

As an option, home-made pizzas can be freshly prepared by our chef.

There is also a range of attractions on-site which can be included as part of the package.

Private hire starts from £50 for half day session and includes bar staff.

The Cow Restaurant & Bar

Available for exclusive hire* from November to March, The Cow can hold 120 people seated and up to 300 for a stand-up reception. For smaller gatherings**, the mezzanine level has an intimate vibe and boasts spectacular views across Tennyson Down and beyond.

Our bespoke food and drink packages offer plenty of choice for your gathering and include buffet, hot main course and two/three course options all handcrafted by our team of chefs using the best local and home grown produce.

For drinks, select from our bar list of wine, cocktails, sparkling wine and Champagne, plus we offer a full range of soft drinks and hot beverages for your guests to enjoy.

We also welcome outside caterers*** at The Cow and our team will work seamlessly with other suppliers to ensure the smooth running of your gathering.

The Cow is available for full day/night and half day hire and prices include our bar and waiting staff, standard furniture, crockery and glassware.
