Do I have to book?

We always recommend booking online before visiting us to guarantee a table

How does the seating outside work?

We only serve onto the terrace/patio, not the green. We don't reserve our outside tables, they're only available for walk-ins on a first come first served basis. If you have made a reservation for inside and there is space outside when you arrive, then let the server know and then take a seat.

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes, we always stock gluten and dairy free buns for our burgers. We also have separate fryers for gluten free products.

Why can't I book online?

During school holidays we are extremely busy, and usually if you can't book online, this means we are fully booked. However if you're having trouble booking online you're welcome to give us a call and we can check our live availability.

It only says tables for 2 can I book a table for more?

This means that we only have table suitable for 2 people, please give us a call, as we may be able to squeeze a third person on certain tables, or we may have 2 tables of 2 that we can push together, however, this is not always the case.

It wont let me book?

This usually means we're fully booked, please feel free to call and we can check our availability.

How do I add more people to the booking?

Please always call to add people to the booking and we will try our best to accommodate you - usually changing a 4 to a 5 is fine.

Are we dog friendly?

Yes, we are dog friendly in all areas of the restaurant. We always recommend noting that you have a dog when you book and we will try our best to put you in a corner table

Why is no one answering the phone?

We try our best to answer the phone every time, but sometimes we're too busy

Can I charge my car?

Yes, we have 2 car chargers outside The Cow. You will be required to download the 'voltshare' app to charge your electric car and supply your own cable. Charging costs are available on the app
