Midweek & Weekends

Venue hire at East Afton Farmhouse offers an abundance of time for you to create your bespoke special day.

Choose from a 4 day weekend Thursday - Monday (accommodation included)

OR a 3 day midweek (accommodation optional)

Monday - Wednesday midnight (Thursday collection/Wednesday event).

  • 3 wedding barns and grounds

    Farmhouse & annex accommodation (not as standard in the mid-week package unless arranged otherwise)

    10 round tables, 8 trestle tables, 1 cake table

    Table cloths

    100 Limewash Chiavari chairs

    Bose portable sound system x2 (perfect for ceremony, welcome drinks, background and speeches)

    On the day wedding coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day and that it remains stress free for the couple.

    Microphone if required

    Cake knife if required

    The ceremony is £500 surcharge in this hire option

East Afton Farmhouse and annex can accommodate up to 17 guests

Our exclusive four day hire of East Afton Farmhouse allows an abundance of time for you to settle in and create your bespoke special day, whilst at the same time making memories with family and friends in beautiful and relaxed surroundings.

Mid-week wedding

Venue Only

Monday 4pm – Wednesday Midnight

This wedding package allows time to set up, in readiness of holding your wedding/event on the Wednesday. All belongings can be collected before Thursday noon. Please note that Farmhouse and Annexe accommodation are not included in these rates but are available at additional cost.
