All inclusive wedding
Weekend: Thursday 3pm – Monday 10am
Midweek: Monday 4pm – Wednesday midnight
This package includes exclusive hire of the venue and grounds, plus everything required for the ceremony, Bose sound system for playlists, tables, chairs and tablecloths, reception drinks & canapes, choice of 3 course wedding breakfast, wine, Prosecco to toast the happy couple, serving of the wedding cake and evening food options.
Accommodation for up to 17 people in East Afton Farmhouse (includes cinema room) and annex, is included in the weekend wedding package only.
Prices based on 100 guests but numbers can be decreased/increased

Set up of the ceremony and reception barn, including tables, chairs and place settings to the couple’s specifications to suit the menu chosen

Bose portable sound system x2 (perfect for the ceremony, welcome drinks, background and speeches)
On the day wedding coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day and that it remains stress free for the couple.
Microphone if required
Cake knife if required & cutting of the cake and service as required
Portable heater for stone barn if required in the colder months
