Classes available

Tuesday: 3-4.15pm & 6-7.15pm

Wednesday: 9-10.15am

Friday: 9.30-10.45am, followed by optional Slomo Wellness contrast therapy treats from 11am - 12pm with Sauna, Floating Sauna, Dutch Hot Tubs, Ice Baths, Lake Dips and more.

Garden Yoga Studio is located at Stockbridge Cottage, just down the hill from the Farm Park, just off Newport Road. Pistachio coloured house!

Studio is heated and fully equipped with all props… ready to ‘Welcome you home, home to Yourself!
