Disabled Passes including Free Carer

You can purchase a Summer Season pass 2025 for someone with a Disability, which includes a free carer. The price is £35 if purchased before 31 January 2025. There will be a small increase after this date.

When first using your Disabled and Carer pass to enter the farm park, you will be asked to show one of the following proof of disability documents in order for your pass to be valid:

  • A Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (which is dated within the last twelve months)
  • A Personal Independence Payment letter (which is dated within the last twelve months)
  • A current and valid Blue Badge (A picture of the badge in situ is fine if it is being used on the vehicle)
  • Letter from your GP or consultant (dated within the last twelve months) confirming the need for a full-time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.

Once one of these documents has been shown the first time, you will no longer need to show the disability documentation on every visit, just simply bring your season pass QR code with you each time.

Minimum carer age is 16 years.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Summer Season Passes are valid from 22 MARCH 2025 - 2 NOVEMBER 2025

2. Entry into the farm will only be granted once a valid QR Code or reference number for each season pass has been shown. Failing to present a valid QR Code or reference number will result in paying our normal admission fees. A refund for this visit will be offered if a valid season pass is shown within 3 days of your visit. We can not look you up by name on our system. It is not the responsibility of Tapnell Farm to prove that you have a Season Pass. You can easily find your season passes under ‘My Tickets’ on your Tapnell Farm account.

3. We operate one session a day.

4. Owing to the limited capacity of the Farm Park, Season Pass holders still need to book admission to the Farm Park online in advance by purchasing a free ‘Summer Season Pass entry’ ticket and selecting the date you wish to visit. You will not be able to purchase/book admission on the door. If the Farm Park is at full capacity and you have not booked, unfortunately there is a high chance that you will not be able to gain entry into the Farm Park that day. If you have booked to come to the Farm Park but can no longer attend, please email us at [email protected] so we can open up that space for other people.

5. We are open daily throughout the Summer Season Pass dates but please be aware that Tapnell Farm reserves the right to change any of its opening/closing times at any time and at short notice if needed, this includes during any special events.

6. Whilst in the Farm Park you must abide by all of the Farm Park rules. Children must be supervised at all times. Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted into the farm park on their own. A responsible, paying adult must accompany them. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and supervision of their children/party at all times.

7. Adult season passes are transferable between other Adults when they are accompanying a child that also has a valid season pass. So parents, you can have a day off and let Nan or Grandad bring the children to the Farm Park for the day! Just make sure they have all the relevant passes and day bookings for us to scan when they arrive!

8. Season passes do not gain fast track access on busier days or to closed-off areas of the Farm Park.

9. Some special events have an additional charge and are not included within the season pass price, however, you still have access to the Farm Park as normal. Advanced tickets for these events must be purchased online

10. Christmas Gift Bundle:

  • Vouchers will only be given for Summer Season Passes purchased before 31 January 2025.
  • Terms & conditions specific to the Aqua Park and Football Golf will apply.
  • Vouchers will be issued by our admissions team in March and will only be valid for use during term time between 22 March - 2 November 2025, excluding May half term (23 May - 1 June) and summer holidays (25 July - 31 August)
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. There is no cash alternative and no refund will be given if activities are not used. Non transferable.
  • Subject to availability and opening times.
  • Football Golf excludes ‘group’ rates
  • Discount applies to SSP holder only and on presentation of voucher.
