Home of the Last Great Event
Located on the western side of the Isle of Wight, East Afton Farmhouse was home to the ‘Last Great Event’ – the famous Isle of Wight Festival 1970.
Today, the homestead has been reborn as two luxury self-catering lodgings. East Afton sleeps up to 14 people throughout its spacious 1700s farmhouse, and can also accommodate a further 6 people in the adjoining Annex. The two properties are only available when booked together, not separately.
The Farmhouse boasts 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a large family kitchen, beautiful gardens, roof terrace and even a cinema room.
There are also two event barns making East Afton a great location for hosting a wedding or large group event.
As one of the leading wedding venues on the Isle of Wight, East Afton Farmhouse and its adjoining event barns are in regular use. The property is only available to book as a holiday let within 1 year of arrival date.
