Session Dates/Times & Tickets

The Tapnell Farm Christmas Experience will be held on the following dates.

Thursday 2nd, 9th, and 16th December - Afternoon & Evening sessions** ( Standalone event, Farm Park Closed - Separate entrance, no need to purchase Farm Park admission)

Friday 3rd, 10th, & 17th December - Day Sessions (Farm Park open as normal, Farm Park Admission must be purchased*)

Friday 3rd, 10th & 17th December - Evening Sessions** ( Standalone event, Farm Park Closed - Separate entrance, no need to purchase Farm Park admission)

Saturday 4th, 11th, & 18th December - Day Sessions (Farm Park open as normal, Farm Park Admission must be purchased*)

Sunday 5th, 12th, & 19th December - Day Sessions (Farm Park open as normal, Farm Park Admission must be purchased*)

Tuesday 21st - Thursday 23rd December - Day Sessions (Farm Park open as normal, Farm Park Admission must be purchased*)

* You can purchase a combined ticket with Christmas Experience and Farm Park Admission Online. Once you have purchased this, you do not need to book your admission to the farm park, just show your booking confirmation as proof of entry to the farm park.

** If coming to a session when the farm park is closed, you do not need to buy farm park admission so please book the 'Christmas Experience no Park Entry' Ticket.

Enjoy Hot Drinks and Seasonal Snacks whatever time you visit: Please note that on dates when the Farm Park is closed you will still be able to purchase refreshments when visiting the Christmas Experience

Important Information - How Group Sizes have changed this year.

Due to previous government guidelines surrounding events we have significantly reduced the group sizes that go though with each session (every 5 minutes) and we have kept it this way, should new restrictions be introduced this winter. A smaller group is actually quite lovely, in that the experience is now much more intimate and personal (and you get more one on one time with Santa!)

However, this means that there is only one booking per session at the moment, and we need to ensure that you have a magical experience the whole way through (not just with Santa) so the group sizes will be a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 6 (Like last year). The experience is full of 'group participation' activities and that is why we have set the minimum of 3, it will be more fun for your child if you invite another friend or two, or a family member to join when booking (This is not a walk up and see Santa experience, you are going on an adventure! )

So when you decide to book - make sure you have considered who will be coming with you, and book as one group (as there is only one booking allowed per session at the moment)

The Event in more detail...

The Tapnell farm Christmas Experience starts at home with a little letter* from Smudge The Naughty Elf, who is writing to children inviting them to come and help him! ( And eventually, meet Santa!)

A new fantastical Christmas journey awaits children and their families this year. The 45-minute experience is lead by a team of trained elves who will fully immerse you in the wonderment of Christmas, there will be storytelling and interactive puzzles to solve, plus lots of amazing scenery too.

* The Letter can be downloaded and printed at home, via a link in the confirmation email. Letters are not personalised but can easily be written on and posted to children by an adult. We recommend holding off from reading/sending this out to your children as late as possible in case the government changes how we can operate.

The Tapnell Farm Christmas Experience is designed for children from 2 years to 100, as there is something for everyone. At the end of your adventure you will meet Santa himself, he knows a lot more about you than you think, and he can’t wait to meet you all and to thank you for helping out! We will ask for more details at the online checkout to help Santa surprise your kids!
