Staying at our award-winning East Afton Farmhouse on the Isle of Wight, our Spring retreat aims to give you a unique slice of island life, while nourishing your body through movement and food, and connecting with the power of nature.
You will be treated to daily energising and relaxing yoga sessions, strength building fitness, coastal walks and a sea dip (optional & weather dependent!) - with free time to explore the local area or simply unwind and enjoy some time out for yourself.
Delicious, home cooked, nutritious plant based meals, will be prepared by our talented chef, Kevin Hendy of Seasoned Kitchen.
