A summer of fun awaits at Tapnell Farm!

Looking for things to do on the Isle of Wight with kids this summer? Tapnell Farm Park combines indoor and outdoor adventures, friendly farm animals and family entertainment for a day out the whole family will enjoy.

From giant jumping pillows and go-karts to wallabies, alpacas and daily activities, there's plenty to keep little adventurers entertained. Whether you're planning a full day out or just a few hours of fun, you'll find adventure, animals and play around every corner.

And because British summers can be unpredictable, Tapnell Farm Park is a great choice whatever the weather. With indoor soft play, the Adventure Barn and animal barn alongside a huge range of outdoor activities, it's one of the Isle of Wight's favourite family attractions come rain or shine.

Summer Parties hosted by AJ!

28th July to 27th August

Every Tuesday & Thursday | 1pm – 4pm

Join farm favoutite AJ for afternoons packed with laughter, entertainment and plenty of chances to get involved!

On Tuesdays, enjoy all the AJ favourites, including bubbles, games, puppet shows, dance competitions, magic, balloons, prizes and lots of audience participation.

Then on Thursdays, get ready for a brand-new gameshow-style experience featuring old-school gameshow fun, interactive challenges, magic, limbo competitions, a Tapnell-style Cotton Eye Joe challenge, the famous mummy game and hilarious adults-versus-kids competitions.

Whether you're taking part or cheering from the sidelines, these high-energy summer parties are always a holiday highlight!

Come and meet the gang

Meet our friendly farm animals, including donkeys, miniature Shetland ponies, alpacas, wallabies, pigs, sheep, rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets. Plus, keep an eye out for our adorable new piglets and playful young pygmy goats joining the farm this summer.

So much to do for the kids. Football golf was a huge success with my footie crazy boys. The animal park was great, we especially loved feeding the wallabies.

We only spent the afternoon here and with only one 5 year old that was fine. But with more kids or older ones I think you could easily spend the whole day here.

  An amazing time had by all

Christmas 2025 Tapnell farm was a magical experience. They really exceeded expectations this year. Great value for money. Great activities,  my granddaughter age 8, really believed she was in the Northpole, and when the snow came down it brought such joy to my granddaughter. Santa and Mrs clauses were the best. The elfs were fun and helpful.

  Absolutely impeccable stay!

I stayed in the module log cabin and everything was perfect — exactly as described on the booking website. The place was also very dog friendly, which made the trip even better. I just have to make a special mention of how impressive the fridge was in the accommodation — it really exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

  Fantastic day out for kids/family

Loads to do both indoors and out! A lovely coffee/cake selection including GF options!!

Sandwiches and meals available as well although we took a packed lunch which we could eat either outside or in the huge barn area (which includes a play area/go kart track!)
