Set in beautiful countryside with plenty to enjoy right here on the farm, they’re ideal for guests looking for a relaxed self-catering stay with space to switch off.
Some are spacious and family-friendly, others offer a more tucked-away setting, and Little Lodge provides an accessible option for guests who need it. All enjoy lovely countryside views, with some right in the heart of Tapnell close to our attractions and restaurant, and others offering a little more seclusion and a quieter setting.

Wood Cabins
3 bedrooms • Sleeps 8 (+2 on sofa bed)Light, airy and contemporary, our Wood Cabins are ideal for families and larger groups looking for a relaxed countryside escape. Each cabin sleeps up to 10 and includes three bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living area, fully fitted kitchen and private decking with seating and a BBQ - perfect for making the most of the views and watching the sun set over the surrounding countryside. They’re also fully heated and insulated, making them a comfortable choice whatever the season.
Little Lodge
2 bedrooms • Sleeps 4Little Lodge is a cosy, accessible retreat with panoramic countryside views stretching towards Tennyson Down. Set all on one level with parking right outside, it offers two double bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living area, a wide, level-access shower and a private deck with BBQ – a lovely spot to make the most of the views and enjoy a relaxed stay on the farm.
Chalets
3 bedrooms • Sleeps 6Set within the beautiful surroundings of Tapnell Farm, our chalets combine panoramic countryside views with all the essentials for a relaxed self-catering stay. Each one features an open-plan living space, three bedrooms, a bathroom and outside decking with seating and a BBQ – ideal for family holidays or group getaways with plenty of fresh air and space to unwind.
Poachers Perch
3 bedrooms • Sleeps 6Right next door to Poachers Lodge, Poachers Perch is a cosy country bolthole on the edge of Tapnell Farm, ideal for relaxed family breaks. Sleeping up to six, this older-style cabin is fully insulated and heated for year-round use, with all the essentials for a comfortable self-catering getaway, plus a sun deck at the front and lovely views up towards Tennyson Down. It also shares a dog-friendly garden with Poachers Lodge, making the two a great option for larger family get-togethers.
