Our Activities Team are recruiting for positive, passionate, and hard-working people to join us for a busy season.

There are various positions available across the different activities we have to offer: Aqua Park, Football Golf, Archery and Axe Throwing. We are looking for enthusiastic people, who have a positive attitude, and great work ethic, to deliver a fantastic customer experience.

Aqua Guides/lifeguards (Age 18+ only)

What could be more fun than spending the summer working on the Island’s only Aqua Park, ensuring all customers have the best time whilst with us!

We are looking for friendly, confident, hardworking individuals to join our team. Your priority will be making sure our customers are safe whilst having a great time in the water. Part of this role will to be making sure the Aqua Park is set up and ready for use at the start of each day, helping kit up and deliver safety briefings for all customers. Park presentation along with keeping the site tidy, will also be a key responsibility before each session starts.

You will need to complete an Open Water Lifeguarding qualification (provided) for this role, so for this reason you need to be confident in water, a moderate swimmer and have a good level of fitness. 90% of your time will be spent outside on the park.

Front of House/ Reception

Usually the beginning of the customer journey, we are looking for friendly faces who are happy and confident talking to people, and are driven by going above and beyond to make sure our customers get the most out of their experience. You might be manning the outlet at Football Golf or checking in our Aqua Park customers for their session! Dealing with customer questions and bookings, you will be able to work under pressure during busy times.

Customer service or admin experience is desirable, but not essential for this role

Activity Attendants 16+

For this role you are the front line of our activities, making sure that standards of cleanliness are kept high, and that customers are kitted up in time for their sessions, providing buoyancy aids and wetsuits. No experience is needed for this role, but you do need to have a hard working, positive attitude, and a friendly smile! Great customer service is also essential. This role is open to everyone but would ideally suit a student looking for weekend and holiday work.

How to apply

Varied contract lengths available with good rates of pay: March – October, end of May – September, and mid July – September.

Hours of work will vary throughout the season, but all of our seasonal roles guarantee a minimum contract of 20 hours.
