23rd July 2020
As a way of reassuring anyone wanting to book a break this year, Tom’s Eco Lodge has introduced a new booking facility - Master Cancel - which protects the customer and provides a full refund on cancellations.
All new accommodation bookings now made for holidays taken after 1st August 2020 will be protected by ‘Master Cancel’. This means that customers can cancel, for any reason, between 60 and 2 days prior to their arrival and receive a full refund.
Master Cancel covers all new bookings at Tom’s Eco Lodge glamping accommodation (safari tents, wood cabins, modulogs and eco pods), the geodesic domes, farm cottages, Tapnell Manor and East Afton Farmhouse (excludes weddings).
Terms & Conditions: A minimum 25% booking deposit is required and the balance must be paid in advance of 30 days before your arrival date, to be eligible for the refund. Deposits are fully refundable on cancellations between 60 and 2 days prior your arrival. All payments must be made in advance of their due dates to ensure this policy is valid.
Refunds for any other services included in your booking such as travel arrangements, pre-booked activities or reservations may incur cancellation fees.
September Update: Government Rule of 6. Please note, as of 25 September 2020, if you make a booking for the future and your booking breaches Government regulations at the time of your stay or cancellation, your booking will not be covered by our Master Cancel policy.
In line with Government guidelines, Tapnell Farm complies with the Rule of 6 across all areas of the business. Please ensure you follow these guidelines when you stay.
Master Cancel relates to all new bookings made between 18 April 2020 and 26 January 2021 for holidays taken after 1 August 2020.
