The Cow Co will be launching a series of new Live Music Nights this autumn, opening on Saturday 21st November with a performance from Island singer-songwriter Marlee King.
Marlee is a well-known face on the Isle of Wight music scene, regularly playing gigs at venues across the Island. She has also graced the stages of a number of festivals, including Bestival and V-Dub Island, as well as impressing audiences at shows further afield at the Royal Albert Hall and Indigo2. Her musical interests are spread across many genres, with Marlee citing the likes of Joni Mitchell, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin, and even Kate Tempest and Katy Perry as influences. She also happens to be the daughter of one of the Isle of Wight’s most famous musical exports – Mark King of Level 42.
Live Music Nights are a natural progression for The Cow Co Restaurant, which is fast emerging as one of the Island’s most popular evening venues. The converted barn in which diners are seated offers bags of rustic charm, whilst the combination of relaxed candlelit atmosphere, fully licensed bar and alternative evening menu create an altogether different dining experience to our daytimes. Complimenting this with acoustic performances from talented Island musicians and bands will elevate this even further, giving our diners a reason to stay with us until late in the evening.
Entry to the opening Cow Co Live Music Night on November 21st is free, although dining is definitely recommended!
In addition to our music nights The Cow Co Restaurant also opens every Friday and Saturday evening, serving food from 6pm to 9pm. Whilst walk-ins are welcome we always advise pre-booking to guarantee you a table – call our restaurant team on (01983) 758725 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
