Summer Holiday Daytime Activities @ Tapnell Farm Park

Tapnell Farm Park • 24th Jul - 31st Aug

We've got bundles of fun and cuteness to boot with these daily activities this Summer Holiday.

Paddock Tour - Daily from 24th July

Explore the wilderness of the Tapnell Farm Paddocks. This brand-new tour takes in the sights and smells of our external paddocks and with the help of our “expert” guides, you can learn some interesting facts about our animals you never knew before!

From pedigree pigs to grumpy goats, this tour gives you the chance to understand more about our Tapnell native animals whilst also taking in the beautiful views. Nowhere else in the world can you see 15 miles of stunning coastline as well as Alpacas and Hebridean Sheep.

Your tour departs once per session throughout the holidays, and our hilarious guides will introduce you to some of the Farm Parks favourites.

Tapnell Paddock Tours, Our Tours Never Bore!

(In case of wet weather our team will put an alternative animal activity on - inside the park)

Trotter Training - Daily from 24th July

We’ve all been finding new ways to keep ourselves entertained over lockdown and our 3 little pigs, Peggy, Frank and Bruno have been no different.

Working hard with our expert keeper team, our Kune Kune pigs have mastered some of the Crufts agility classics including the See Saw, Weave and Tunnel! (With a little help from a stick that looks like it has a carrot on the end)

Come and be the judge as they take on the challenge every day in the Summer Holiday.

Wallaby Walkabout - Daily from 24th July (come rain or shine we will be there)

Come and meet one wonderful Wallabies up close in their walk through the enclosure. Keepers will be on hand to talk to you about these beautiful creatures and from time to time there may be opportunities to feed them (Not all day every day as they will get rather tubby!)

And whilst you are there, you can also meet the marvellous Meerkats and ask Keepers your questions about these curious little creatures.

Farm Park Crafts Corner - Most days throughout the Summer holiday (excluding: 31st July, 1st August, 15th August & 29th August)

Join the lovely Cheryl for daily craft activities in our Activity Zone (see Map) to make all sorts of wonderful creations.

There will also be an ongoing collective art piece that children can also take part in to create a giant 3D butterfly for the wall in our Activity Zone.
